Yogurt Granola Bowl

I got inspired for this recipe from a PCOS Dietitian on IG. I modified it to use what we have.

I got this set of storage bowls for Christmas and I really like some of the bigger ones for this. Because I have space for each part of I can mix it all together.


Greek Yogurt. I use full fat.

Chocolate protein powder. I have been using this because it’s what Hubs bought.

Fruit. I use bananas, strawberries, and blueberries.

Granola. I like Gr8nola because it’s low sugar.

Peanut butter. I like Homemade because it doesn’t have anything added.


Mix yogurt and protein powder. It takes a little bit of time but keep mixing. It will work.

Then add sliced fruit, granola, and drizzle with peanut butter.

It’s really filling and so good. I love that it satisfies my sweet and chocolate tooth but doesn’t have a ton of added sugar.
