Meatballs with Mushroom Sauce

Usually this recipe is a crowd please but last night, the kids didn’t want it. Oh well..

Ingredients

Process

Mix your meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic and onion powders.

In a pan with a lid, mix cream of mushroom, 1 can water, and some Better than Bouillon. Go easy on the Better than Bouillon or it will be salty.

Make meatballs. I like the small scoop from this set.

Put meatballs in the pan with the sauce. Cook covered until the meatballs are heated through.

I serve it with mashed potatoes and whatever fruit/veg we have around.
