We are all big fans of this recipe!
I do modify it though.
I use chocolate protein powder instead of cocoa powder.
Butter instead of coconut oil. Do not use an oil that is liquid at room temp. The brownies will not stay together.
I use a little less maple syrup because the protein powder has sweetener in it.
I usually throw an extra egg in too.
I like how filling they are. Keeps the kids from getting hangry!
