We used to live less than 5 minutes from a bar that had the BEST wings. Unfortunately we moved about 30 minutes away. So we decided to recreate them. And wow! Did we ever!
-wings. We get a bag of frozen ones from Aldi. I do not like the fresh ones. They are the whole wing still together and they don’t cook as well.
Set toaster oven to 425 degrees and speed convection.
Put a single layer of wings on your baking sheet. And bake in the convection oven. Back for 20 minutes. Then flip. If there is liquid on the tray, pour it off. Bake another 15 minutes.
While the wings are baking, mix equal parts of the sauces.
after the last 15 minutes, paint both sides of the wings with the sauce and bake another 5-10 minutes until they reach your desired crispiness.
Serve woth Ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, celery, carrots, etc.
