Got this idea from this awesome RD.
I took tortillas and spread on my homemade PB (or any nut/seed butter) then sliced a banana. I sprinkled with chocolate chips but you could do honey or both! Sarah did it as a roll and had rice crispy cereal in there for crunch. I meant to add it but forgot. Whoops
Then… I threw it in the air fryer for a few minutes. Just enough to heat it through and sorta melt the chocolate a little.
I made this as a snack for me. The kids didn’t want any and I was not about to share.
