granola – I like this because no added sugar. They use monk fruit to give it a little sweetness

pepperoni (turkey or regular)

Lunch meat (ham, turkey, salami, roast beef). Alone, with crackers, or rolled up with cheese, flavored cream cheese, hummus, veggies, tortilla.

plain yogurt with fruit, honey/syrup, nut butters, jelly/jam.

jam- I made this a while ago and it was yummy. You can, also, mash berries, add a little honey/syrup and just use that.

flavored cream cheese is good on toast, crackers, tortillas with meat, etc.

You can do ranch/dressing for the veggies and another dip/peanut butter  for the fruit too.

Fruit dip: Plain yogurt, strawberry jam, a little vanilla, a little cinnamon
