granola – I like this because no added sugar. They use monk fruit to give it a little sweetness
pretzels (plain, yogurt covered, peanut butter filled)
dried fruit – be aware of added sugar/oils. Or make your own
freeze dried fruit
cheese crackers (Aldi has one made with cauliflower)
Cauliflower cheese crackers (Aldi)
Cauliflower doritos (Aldi)
Pouches – make your own
fruits (berries, kiwi, apples, banana, oranges, mango, melon, grapes, pineapple, peaches, pears, plums,cherries)
veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, avocado, snap peas, peas, bell peppers, edemame)
Hummus or guacamole with veggies,.crackers, on bread, on a sandwich
cottage cheese – alone or with fruit or veggies
Cheese (stick, string, slices, cube)
pepperoni (turkey or regular)
Lunch meat (ham, turkey, salami, roast beef). Alone, with crackers, or rolled up with cheese, flavored cream cheese, hummus, veggies, tortilla.
hard boiled eggs
Pastas (tortillini, ravioli, gnocchi)
Sausages – breakfast, kielbasa, italian. Cooked and sliced
Yogurt Pops – make your own
bread, waffles, pancakes with jam/jelly, nut butters, cheese, cream cheese, and/or fruit
plain yogurt with fruit, honey/syrup, nut butters, jelly/jam.
jam- I made this a while ago and it was yummy. You can, also, mash berries, add a little honey/syrup and just use that.
flavored cream cheese is good on toast, crackers, tortillas with meat, etc.
You can do ranch/dressing for the veggies and another dip/peanut butter for the fruit too.
Fruit dip: Plain yogurt, strawberry jam, a little vanilla, a little cinnamon
