I made these rolls for the first time for Thanksgiving. Super easy. Like… so easy and I love that they can all be done in a stand mixer.
I followed the recipe exactly except I doubled it. My mixer is a little small for doubling it so it had a hard time but it did work fine.
They came out great! I was worried that the ones the kids shaped would be hard and over worked but they were still perfect. They were a big hit at Thanksgiving! Will definitely make them again!
