I am tempted to buy the cookbook but I need to try a few more things from it. Tonight, Hubs made the Orange Chicken and it was so good. He said it wasn’t too bad difficulty wise either.
The only “modifications” we made were to use chives from the garden instead of scallions. And we used Thai Style Chili Sauce when it called for “thick red chili paste preferably sambal oelek”.
I came home from the PTA meeting to this delicious meal. We served it with instant rice and it was so good. We will definitely be making it again.
