This is usually a big hit with everyone, too.
I usually double or triple it. If I don’t have veggie broth, I use chicken broth. I use this curry powder and these lentils.
Last time, I had some random white beans to use up. So I used those and some chickpeas. It was really good.
Naan is always a welcome side.
If the kids don’t want to eat it with a spoon, a lot will get sucked up in a straw!
