Crunchy Sweet Potatoes

G doesn’t particularly care for sweet potatoes but she will eat these!

Use a Spiralizer to cut your sweet potatoes. Then coat with oil and whatever spices you want. Honestly, they don’t need any spices but feel free to toss whatever in there.

Bake at 400F until they are starting to brown. I have used the regular oven and our fryer/toaster oven. Both work great.

STIR OFTEN! Like really pay attention. They burn in an instant. They are not super crunchy right out of the oven but they get crunchy in a few minutes.

    Ever try a classic “air fryer”. Was wondering how long to attempt to cook it. I clicked the link for the one you have and I think I am going to get something similar!

  3. Oh! And time… That’s hard. I let it go for maybe 5 minute at a time MAX! And then stir. I don’t have a good amount of time to tell you 😬sorry.
