These really are the best. I don’t modify at all and they always come out great!
I made them for my daughter’s mini birthday party. She has a December birthday so lately we have been doing a small/easy get together then a bigger party when it warms up.
I quadrupled the recipe. I used my biggest mixing bowl and my hand mixer. It worked great!
My medium scoop made them the perfect size.
I had to go to my parents’ house to bake them because our oven decided to break…. Thankfully they live a mile away.
