Quesadillas are so good and easy. You can add just about anything to them. We usually do cheese, black beans, and/or chicken. I have done broccoli and chicken with cheese too. Serve with salsa, sour cream, and/or guac.

BUT… Did you know you can make them in the oven? That way you do lots all at once. I just put them on my sheet pan and bake at 350 until the cheese is melted. You can spray with oil or put butter on them but I don’t find it necessary.

I cut with scissors. And top tip, strips are easier to dip than wedges. They fit in a thermos for school better, too.
