I have tried many pancake recipes. I think Martha Stewart’s recipe is the best.

Modifications I have made:

-I add vanilla extract

-I add protein powder. I use a vegan vanilla one I get from our gym but I think anything would work fine. Just adjust because it does change the flavor.

-I use half whole wheat flour.

-added chocolate chips or sprinkles

I use my Griddler for these. I have had it for 10 years and it still works great!

These freeze well too! I just pop them in our toaster oven for a few minutes and the kids enjoy them.
