For Thanksgiving we usually have a small group so I don’t need a big turkey. I don’t love turkey usually so I don’t want a lot of left overs. Doing the turkey in the instant pot has been amazing!
We do a small turkey breast in the Instant Pot (8 qt). I do basically this. But I rarely have fresh herbs and I use this for chicken broth.
This year I did broth and some seasoning salt. It fell apart so it didn’t make it to the oven. I didn’t need a knife to carve it either. I just pulled it apart. It was so good.
