I have a recipe for this but I have modified it so much. Here is the original.
I do saute the garlic and onions then add chicken. I add Italian seasoning then broth and the biscuit recipe in the original. I have found that trying to use spoons to make the dumplings doesn’t work for me. I use my super small scoop to add them. Once it looks like there are enough dumplings, I bake the rest in the oven like drop biscuits. I use my medium scoop for the drop biscuits.
Then pressure cook (instant pot) for 5-7 minutes.
Then, I add a bag or 2 of mixed veggies and cream.
The last time I made it, I didn’t have cream so I used regular whole milk. But it felt lacking. So I threw in a whole block of cream cheese. I think I will do it this way from now on. Especially since the kids tend to just drink the broth and eat the bread.
