little kids don’t really get the concept of time. We set timers to help with transitions but what about longer waits? Like months or weeks? Enter the paper chain!
We have made these for countdowns to Christmas, birthdays, Halloween, etc.
making a paper chain is also a great way to practice cutting, gluing/stapling, patters, colors, and numbers.
We make the chain then put the dates on each loop. Every day remove a loop.
