I love these chicken pot pie muffins. Easy, delicious, and freeze well. I usually use Pacific Food‘s Cream of Chicken soup. I have, also, made my own biscuits using the dumplings in this recipe. If you make your own, make sure you keep them thin. I used too much and it threw off the filling to biscuit ratio.
I like this silicone muffin tin on top of a cookie sheet. They pop out really easily.
