I love a good box. You can use them for so much with kids. Cover them in stickers. Paint them. Color on them with markers, crayons, colored pencils. Unfold them or leave them. Do the outside or inside. So many options!
Today, we opened one up and used water colors. We had to miss a birthday party because G has strep throat but the mom was kind enough to drop off the goodie bags. This family made the most amazing goodie bags and they had water colors in them! I had been meaning to order some so it was perfect!!
Just unfold a box all the way, give the kids craft stuff (in this case water colors and some water) and sit back while they create. Or join in!
