This recipe is usually a win for the whole family.
I, more or less, follow the directions.
I use these tomatoes. You can chop them by hand but I like to use my big food processor.
I just use Italian Seasoning. This is the brand I currently use but I am using this once it runs out.
I have used frozen spinach and fresh. Both work out great.
I keep Better Than Bouillon around. It’s smaller than the big containers of broth and I like that I can use more/less depending on the recipe.
Most recently I made a bunch of chicken in the Instant pot. The shredded with my KitchenAid Mixer. I put 2 heaping cups back in then added the spices, tomatoes, etc and it was perfect. Plus I had enough chicken for 2 other meals!
I serve it over pasta for the grown ups. The kids prefer it separately.
