Banana Pumpkin Muffins

I accidentally got like 8 cans of pumpkin soooo yeah, I am making all the pumpkin things. This may be my new favorite. It was fluffier than some of the others I have tried. I think it’s because it uses flour and no oats?

Kids loved them, too!

Modifications:

I used less than 1/3 cup of maple syrup. I used the 1/3 cup measuring cup but left space.

I used whole wheat flour.

Avocado oil instead of coconut oil because I didn’t have coconut.

I did put chocolate on top.

I made some mini and some regular.

I have, also, found that that most of my muffin recipes are fine in the food processor. I do all the wet and mix with the dough blade the. Add the dry. Just be careful if you double the recipe. It might not fit. Ask me now I know.
