I tried these chocolate chip cookie dough bars out to see if the kids would like them. I thought they would be good for school to keep G full and they have chocolate. These were a hit!
If you don’t have a good food processor, they are hard to make. I made them before I got my new one and made it work but I definitely don’t recommend it. I made my old blender smoke. I hated it so I was able to convince Amazon to take it back.
Mini chocolate chips are definitely the way to go with these.
I did them as balls using my baking scoops. The small one was perfect and made the process go super fast!
