I got this idea from this IG account.
Ingredients:
Chicken cut into pieces
Flour
Eggs
Panko
Parmesean
Oil
Process
Once the chicken is cut into pieces, set up your stations.
One – flour
Two – eggs beat with a fork
Three – Panko and parmesan. I did close to 50/50.
Start dipping chicken in each station then place on a baking sheet.
Spray with oil. I like this sprayer.
I air fried mine on 325.
They were good overall. Def need to add seasoning to the chicken. Probably best to season it before you do the flour and add some to the panko.
