Shephard’s Pie

This is a great cold/rainy day food and it has a vegetarian option.

Ingredients:

Mashed Potatoes

1 lb Ground beef or 1 cup Brown Lentils

Red Onion, chopped

Worcestershire sauce

Italian Seasoning

Mixed Veggies

Butter

Paprika

Process:

Brown ground beef with onion (cook lentils according to the package with with onion).

Mix Beef/Lentils with Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and mixed veggies.

Top with Mashed Potatoes.

Add pats of butter

Sprinkle with Paprika.

Bake 350F until bubbley

I have made it both ways and the kids loved it.
