Dijon Panko Honey Salmon

I made this salmon for dinner. I paired it with roasted broccoli and a packaged jasmine rice. Super easy. Easy to clean up. Super fast. Good for a quick week night meal.

The only modification I made was no parsley because I didn’t have any. Whoops.

I thought it was delicious. Even our 5 year old ate it! I will say, we overcooked it a little. Whoops again. And the pecans should be chopped up a lot finer than they come in the bag. But, over all, I will definitely be making this again.

edit to add: made it a second time and it was perfect. I put the pecans in the food processor to get them really chopped up. Still no parsley because…whoops.
